Outline planning application for access, layout and scale, with appearance and landscaping reserved for subsequent approval, for the erection of 24no. dwellings comprising 14no. live/work units, 3no. retirement bungalows and 7no. affordable housing units and the provision of an area of public open space.

This application was considered by the Parish Council Planning Committee at their meeting held on 10^th May and will be considered by NSC South Area Committee on 23^rd June.

From Monday 3^rd May 2010 all collections in Winscombe and Sandford will take place on a Monday. Collections will take place on bank holidays except at Christmas and collections will start at 7am.
