97.     Approval of minutes from the previous planning meeting dated 18th December 2006.

          The minutes were approved and signed as a correct record

98.     Declarations of Interest – Mrs Ballard declared a personal interest in Agenda item 6 d.

100.   Public Participation – the agent for planning applications 06/P/2989/F and 06/P/2991/F outlined the proposal to separate the two properties into a more logical fashion.

Additional comments should be made to the Planning Inspectorate before 12th January 2007. The Committee did not wish to make further comment.
