Safety surface of the Igloo as Sandford was discussed ; as this is now coming up as High Risk on Inspection Report it was proposed to accept quote of £1,910 for next financial year and hopefully delay the removal of the bark under the tyre swing so that they could be done together at a reduced price. Proposed A.Forbes, seconded G.Luckett All in favour

5) Public participation none in person but L.Rampton had contacted Mrs Martin who had sent an e mail expressing support and interest in the plans for the new swing area at Winscombe
6.Work repairs and Inspection Reports - all play areas
At Sandford the pedestrian gate is damaged and the committee agreed that the gate should be removed as this was not currently dog-proof and no road was located close to the play area.

The swaying bridge unit at Winscombe is to be left a while longer before removal.
