A meeting of the Parish Council’s Chairman’s Committee was held on

Monday 1^st February 2010, at 8.50 p.m, The Amesbury Room, Winscombe Community Centre

2.     MATTERS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES – no matters arising

4.    TO AUTHORISE THE PURCHASE OF A RACING CAR SPRINGER and 9M² OF GRASSMAT SURFACING 

A meeting of the Chairman’s Committee had been requested to authorise the purchase of a Racing Car Springer

(665.00 nett) and 9m² of Grassmat surfacing (234.00 nett) to be located at Winnowing End, Sandford Play Area.

The Chairman explained that by ordering the springer with the playbuilder equipment (currently on order through

North Somerset Council) the Parish Council would not be charged carriage and installation could be carried out

at the same time as the playbuilder work.
